This is my exciting endeavour to explain, and debunk, some common myths I hear in my daily practice. As GPs, we often hear statements repeated by patients, beliefs that sound reasonable but aren't quite medically accurate. These myths can sometimes lead to delays in care or missed opportunities for prevention.
